Share Capital 

The shareholder of the Panarmenian Bank is the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. The announced and paid share capital of the Panarmenian Bank is AMD 7,500,000,000. The announced share capital is divided into 125,000 common shares, each with AMD 60,000 nominal value.

As per Article 43, part 4 of RA Law “On Banks and Banking Activity”, each shareholder of the Panarmenian Bank has the right to receive copies of the Annual Report and the opinion of the external auditor, as well as the information defined by the parts 4 and 5 of the Article 43 of RA Law “On Banks and Banking Activity”. Panarmenian Bank provides the information referred above free of charge within five working days after receiving a written request. A written request can be submitted as follows:
